Well i haven't slept in about 78 hours mainly due to work and just sleep apnea because of stress. so over the past 48 hours i have been drinking coffee some with red rocket energy supplements, as well as eating chocolate caffeine bites. I am seeing i am having trouble concentrating as well as i have been having my hands shake and been very fidgety. Any way to keep up with out caffeine? Any risk of harming my self due to caffeine over dose? Will it ware off by tonight when i go get to sleep (no work tonight)?
Is there a risk of to Much caffeine?
