I enjoy fresh ground and roasted coffee and have just purchased a burr grinder. I have a nice coffee maker as well, if i grind my beans at night, pour the grinds into the coffee machine for the next mornings coffee (automatic turn on at 6am) am I defeating the purpose of the fresh ground. is it still going to be fresher than store bought grounds? i feel that by having the fresh ground overnight its losing its fresh roasted flavor. Thanks
