Ethiopia, is one of the largest exporter, that grows remarkable and distinctive beans from the Yirgacheffe region. It is the only coffee that is allowed in the palaces of Ethiopian kings. Yirgacheffe beans grow in high elevations under a soft canopy of native shade trees. This widely recognized Ethiopian beans features a fragrant aroma with a hint of citrus and floral undertones and, the fruity taste of this beans is accompanied by a moderate acidity and light body.
